With so many add-ons available in the marketplace, BookCheck X will not make any suggestions for add-ons without first completing thorough research of your particular needs under a fixed price proposal.

The first step in this process is a scoping session with one of our in-house Xero add-on experts.

During this initial session, which is totally free of charge, BookCheck X will discuss the needs for your company, along with any pain points you are experiencing that an add-on could help with. This initial session can be considered a discovery session, expected to be approximately 30 minutes.

Following this session, BookCheck X will offer a fixed price proposal for the next step in the process.

Once we have completed the initial discovery session, BookCheck X will complete research into the various add-ons which fit the criteria set out in the scoping meeting.

During this time, there may be the need for additional meetings to discuss further detail on your requirements which may also include setting your expectations for what can be achieved. For example, requirements may be identified as must haves or nice to haves.

BookCheck X will then explore the marketplace and other sources for the best add-on to fit your needs and solve any problems which have been identified.

After BookCheck X have completed the research of add-ons, this will be presented back to you in the form of a report.

This will outline the add-ons that have been investigated and how they meet your needs allowing you to make an informed decision on how to proceed.

This includes a full integration off an add-on by BookCheck X, with data provided by yourself

• Guided Service

The integration of any add-on is controlled by you, but we would be on hand to assist with any queries or reformatting of data

• Blended Approach

Somewhere in-between the two options above. The split of work between you and BookCheck X would be decided from the outset, but with some flexibility.

Following the onboarding of an add-on, BookCheck X can provide training and ongoing support.
